This policy describes how Qualified Technologies Corporation ("QTC", "we") handles information when you visit qtc.aero or contact us. We keep it simple because the site itself is simple: it exists to describe our repair capabilities and let you request a quote.

Information you send us

The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to submit through the request-a-quote form — your name, company, contact details, location, any notes, and the list of part numbers you are asking about — or what you send us directly by email or phone. We use it to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, and carry out the resulting business. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How the quote form works

Parts you add to a quote are stored in your own browser (local storage) and are not transmitted to us until you submit the form. Quote submissions are delivered to our sales inbox by Formspree, a form-processing service that handles the submission on our behalf.

Cookies, analytics, and embedded content

This site does not set cookies and does not run advertising trackers. We do measure basic traffic — which pages are viewed, and the referring site, country, browser, and device type — using Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service. Umami does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect information that identifies you personally.

One other thing to be aware of: our location page embeds a Google Map, and loading that page connects your browser to Google, whose own privacy policy applies to that content.

Retention

Inquiry and quote correspondence is retained as ordinary business records — including records we keep to meet our obligations as a certificated repair station — and no longer than needed for those purposes.

Your choices

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, or to request that we correct or delete it, by emailing sales@qtc.aero or calling 909-981-0895. California residents may exercise their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act through the same contacts. This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children.
