Quality is the foundation of every repair QTC performs. Our quality management system — maintained as part of our FAA Part 145 and EASA Part 145 approvals — governs how components are inspected, repaired to approved data, tested, documented, and released. Incoming Inspection
Every unit is inspected and documented on receipt — configuration, part and serial numbers, and as-received condition are recorded before any work begins.
Approved Data & Procedures
Repairs and overhauls are performed to the original manufacturer's specifications and approved technical data, by qualified personnel following accepted procedures.
Inspection & Test
Components are inspected dimensionally and with non-destructive evaluation as applicable, then functionally and leak/pressure tested before release.
Traceability
Parts and materials are traceable, and each repair is documented so the maintenance record and airworthiness release stand up to audit.
Airworthiness Release
Completed units are certified and released with the appropriate documentation under our FAA and EASA Part 145 approvals.
