Fan Heater Repair & Overhaul

FAA & EASA certified fan heater repair and overhaul.

About the Fan Heater

A fan heater is an electrically driven assembly that combines a small motor-driven fan with a resistive heating element to provide localized forced warm-air circulation within an air cycle or cabin conditioning zone. It is typically used to temper a compartment, prevent condensation, or supplement conditioned-air delivery where the main pack output is insufficient. The fan draws air across the energized element and discharges heated air into the served space, with thermal protection limiting element temperature. Repair and overhaul drivers include motor bearing wear, brush and winding degradation, fan imbalance and blade damage, heating-element open-circuit failure or hot-spotting, thermal cutout malfunction, electrical connector and insulation breakdown, and reduced airflow or heat output from contamination and accumulated debris.
