Component Overview

A hydraulic valve package assembly consolidates multiple control, check, relief, and selector valves into a single manifold block that directs and regulates pressurized fluid among hydraulic subsystems and actuators, simplifying plumbing and improving reliability within the air-management and hydraulic interface. Mounting several valving functions on a common porting body, it manages flow direction, pressure limiting, and isolation for the circuits it serves. In service the assembly is subject to internal valve-spool and seat wear, O-ring and seal degradation causing internal or external leakage, spring fatigue altering crack and relief settings, and contamination-induced sticking or scoring. Manifold porting corrosion, blocked passages, and out-of-tolerance pressure regulation are common failure modes that drive disassembly, seal and component replacement, flushing, recalibration, and pressure and leakage testing.
