The process begins with an engineering evaluation of the condemned unit to understand the failure mode and the original design intent. Drawing on our OEM experience in ECS system design, fabrication, and quality assurance, we develop a repair scheme that restores the unit to the manufacturer's specifications.
The engineered repair is performed, validated through functional and structural testing, and certified for return to service under our FAA & EASA Part 145 approvals.
